From human to equine health
I have a dual background: in Science with a DEA in Biology and Animal Production, and in Business Management with my MBA at Audencia, Business School, Nantes.
I spent 10 years working for multinationals as well as SMEs, in human health, organic foods and everyday consumer products in France and internationally. In those firms I held a variety of responsibilities, including Marketing Manager and Marketing & Business Development Manager.
I joined Audevard as a Business Developer In 2011 and two years later I became part of the management committee as Director of Products & Innovation.
Bringing solutions to veterinarians: from an idea to the MA
As director of the Products & Innovation Department, my role is to provide growth levers through innovation and external development whilst also guaranteeing the marketing of our products in complex regulatory contexts. My role is to ensure that Innovation is to put innovation at the heart of Audevard.
My team and I work on the development of food supplements as well as that of veterinary medicines, starting from the conception of a product until the granting of its Marketing Authorisation (MA). In this, our aim is to provide solutions enabling equine vets to deliver an outstanding service, today and in the future.
I am also in charge of managing our existing product portfolios. This means working at a high level of excellence so that they continue to meet the strictest regulatory and quality standards and the high expectations of the veterinary profession. At the same time, I am responsible for the external growth of Laboratoire Audevard. This consists of acquisitions which accelerate our expansion by putting (or keeping) on the market, equine products considered non-strategic and neglected by other pharmaceutical companies.
Working in equine health is working in a niche in the animal health market. This means that the veterinary profession must face numerous challenges, notably the difficulty of having access to a complete therapeutic arsenal. My job, and that of my team, is to enable vets to provide the best possible treatment to all horses by:

- Bringing them innovative products that comply with regulations and thus strengthen their therapeutic arsenal
- Preserving their capacity for care by investing in the adaptation of existing marketing authorisations to new regulatory standards
A liking for challenges and working as part of team
My motivation in a few words: to prepare the future of Laboratoire Audevard! Managing and nurturing a team of dynamic and competent professionals is an exciting thing. Together, we bring complex development projects to completion in a wide variety of regulatory contexts. Collaborating as a team and with all the departments involved in the various projects creates great synergies where nothing is impossible! Witnessing the successful launch of a medicine, a food supplement or any other product after long months, or even years of work, is a real satisfaction. All the effort and time invested are concretised, meaning we can offer high quality solutions to our customers. In my job, no day is the same, no products are alike, no exchange is the same, and that is exhilarating.
