Responsible for the development of Audevard in France
Coming from the background of a joint honours degree in Biochemistry - Business at the Pierre et Marie Curie University, Paris VI, I joined Audevard nearly 5 years ago after working for 25 years, mainly in the field of animal health (Idexx, Vétoquinol) but also in human health (co-founder of Valbiotis).
My role at Audevard is Sales Director within the French Business Unit. That involves the recruiting, training and management of the sales teams in the field and in-house. The role of these teams is to accompany veterinary surgeons in the use of our medicines and nutritional supplements, in compliance with regulatory standards and the company's pre-defined business policy.
My position has a strong managerial dimension for which I have the support of experienced team leaders. It is a role with both strategic and operational objectives: the adaptation of our commercial policy to market needs but also requiring my intervention with major accounts.
I am also involved in "structuring" projects for the future of Laboratoire Audevard as a member of the Executive Committee.
Developing the veterinary sector thanks to experienced teams
I ensure that with Laboratoire Audevard, French equine veterinarians have a committed medical partnership with an adapted commercial policy and dedicated field teams to meet the specific needs of the practice of equine veterinary medicine.
My main source of motivation is to aid in the progress of veterinary medicine by offering new medical solutions to our clients but also by proposing a local presence facilitating their professional lives on a daily basis.
On the managerial side, seeing the sales teams develop their skills a little more every day to best meet the needs of our customers, is a real source of motivation and satisfaction.
